- Financial information relevant to the preparation of a Tax Depreciation Schedule (such as construction costs and purchase contracts)
- Your accountant's name and contact details, where provided

We do not collect sensitive information (as defined under the Privacy Act) unless it is directly relevant to your matter and you have consented to its collection.

- Engage us to prepare a Tax Depreciation Schedule
- Provide documents such as a Contract of Sale, building plans or invoices

We use personal information for the primary purpose for which it was collected, which is to provide Tax Depreciation and Quantity Surveying services. This includes:
- Preparing ATO-compliant Tax Depreciation Schedules

- Maintaining records of our professional work as required by law and our professional registrations
- Sending you relevant updates regarding legislative changes that may affect your deductions (you may opt out at any time)

We do not disclose personal information to overseas recipients unless you have consented or an APP exception applies.
5. Website Contact Forms
Our website contact and quote request forms are processed through Web3Forms, a third-party form submission service. Information submitted through these forms is transmitted securely. Web3Forms's own privacy policy governs how they handle submitted data. We receive the information you submit by email, and it is then handled in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
Our website does not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics services that collect personally identifiable information.
6. Data Security
We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, loss, unauthorised access, modification or disclosure. Measures include:
- Secure email communications for transmitting your schedule and correspondence
- Physical security of any printed documents containing personal information
- Limiting access to personal information to those with a need to know
When personal information is no longer required for any purpose for which it may be used or disclosed, we take reasonable steps to destroy or de-identify it.

We will not charge a fee for making an access request, though we may charge a reasonable fee to cover the cost of providing access if the request is complex.

If you believe we have breached the Australian Privacy Principles or otherwise mishandled your personal information, you may lodge a complaint by contacting us directly. We will respond to your complaint within 30 days.
